About the PandaFan Official Client: At this time of increased network restrictions, you must use the HY2 protocol to access the service normally. Please update your client to version 2.1.4 (stable) as soon as possible! You can download the latest version from the official website and replace your old client.

About CN Premium Servers:

PandaFan - Cloud Roaming currently offers two types of servers:

Premium Servers (server names beginning with CN) — may experience fluctuations, please read carefully
These are optimized for network conditions in China and are intended for users in mainland China. They consume premium data.
Regular Servers (US, JP, TW, etc.) — Unaffected
These cover global regions and are available to all users, including those in China. They consume regular data.

If you normally use only regular servers, your usage will not be affected.

What’s happening?

During this period of heightened network sensitivity, CN premium server operations are being disrupted by multiple factors. The PandaFan technical team is actively exploring technical solutions to mitigate these issues.

Although most premium servers remain stable and usable thanks to our ongoing efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will remain stable or deteriorate.

During this special period, we may temporarily disable SSLTide protocol connections for premium servers, keeping only Hysteria2 (HY2) protocol access. The connection protocols for CN servers may also be adjusted at any time depending on circumstances. In addition, some premium servers may be temporarily unavailable in certain regions.

We appreciate your understanding during these challenging times!

What should I do?

If you find that CN servers are temporarily unavailable, we recommend switching to regular servers in other regions to continue using the service. You may also need to update your server list, as new configurations might have been released.

How do I update server information?

macOS / Windows Official Client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you’re still using a version earlier than 2.1.2, please update your client. If you cannot update, download the full installation or replacement package from the “Download” page at the top right of our website.
Other Clients
Please check the “Download” page at the top right of our website for update instructions specific to your client.

When will premium servers return to normal?

The current complex restrictions cannot be resolved by technical means alone, so it is impossible to predict the outcome.

We plan to conduct further recovery attempts in mid-March.
